Your responsibilities
As our HR team is small, yet efficient, you will get a great exposure to most of the areas of HR. In your role as an HR Intern, you will support the TCS Finland HR team in general, with the focus in the following areas:
Talent Acquisition
HR Business Partner
Employee life-cycle management
Employee data analysis
Employee engagement activities.
Additionally, based on your personal interest you will be involved in different areas of HR & company culture creation, such as corporate social responsibility, DEI&B, recruiting and employer branding.
Your Qualifications
Enrollment in a Bachelor's degree program (at least in the 3rd semester)
Previous experience in the field of HR and customer services is a plus.
Strong research and analytical skills.
Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
