    HR Business Partner - Data Center Business

    Position Details

    Responsibilities:

    • Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce planning and hiring needs for specialized roles.

    • Manage full-cycle recruitment processes, from job posting, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding.

    • Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified talent for both immediate and future needs.

    • Collaborate with employer branding teams to strengthen visibility and attractiveness in the data center and tech market.

    • Analyze recruiting metrics (time-to-fill, quality of hire, etc.) and recommend improvements.

    • Serve as a trusted advisor to business leaders on people-related matters including team structure, performance, engagement, and retention.

    • Partner with line managers to implement and drive the annual performance review cycle.

    • Identify training and development needs, and coordinate with L&D to deliver effective programs for upskilling.

    • Lead or support initiatives in employee engagement, well-being, and organizational culture.

    • Ensure HR policies and practices are compliant with labor laws and internal regulations.

    • Support change management processes during rapid business growth or transformation.


    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Political Science, Sociology, or a related field.

    • Minimum 8 years of HR experience, with at least 2 years in a Talent Acquisition or HRBP role.

    • Experience supporting tech or data center business is highly preferred.

    • Maturity and adaptability to changes and well-organized.

    • High responsibility with strong problem-solving, communication and interpersonal skills.

    • Strong understanding of full-cycle recruiting and HR best practices.

    • Analytical mindset with the ability to use data to support decisions.

    • Agile, proactive, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.

    • Fluent in English both written and verbal (Minimum 750 TOEIC score).

    • Goal–Oriented, Unity, Learning, Flexible.
