HR Business Partner - Data Center Business
Responsibilities:
Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce planning and hiring needs for specialized roles.
Manage full-cycle recruitment processes, from job posting, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding.
Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified talent for both immediate and future needs.
Collaborate with employer branding teams to strengthen visibility and attractiveness in the data center and tech market.
Analyze recruiting metrics (time-to-fill, quality of hire, etc.) and recommend improvements.
Serve as a trusted advisor to business leaders on people-related matters including team structure, performance, engagement, and retention.
Partner with line managers to implement and drive the annual performance review cycle.
Identify training and development needs, and coordinate with L&D to deliver effective programs for upskilling.
Lead or support initiatives in employee engagement, well-being, and organizational culture.
Ensure HR policies and practices are compliant with labor laws and internal regulations.
Support change management processes during rapid business growth or transformation.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Political Science, Sociology, or a related field.
Minimum 8 years of HR experience, with at least 2 years in a Talent Acquisition or HRBP role.
Experience supporting tech or data center business is highly preferred.
Maturity and adaptability to changes and well-organized.
High responsibility with strong problem-solving, communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong understanding of full-cycle recruiting and HR best practices.
Analytical mindset with the ability to use data to support decisions.
Agile, proactive, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
Fluent in English both written and verbal (Minimum 750 TOEIC score).
