Employee Experience Assistant Manager
Responsibilities:
Implement Experience strategies, resulting in improved organizational performance and a high-performing neural environment (HPNE) workplace
Develop and execute strategies to enhance employee Experience with strategic goals, based on insights gathered from surveys and assessments.
Identify opportunities for continuous improvement of employee Experience, leveraging feedback from surveys to drive positive change.
Organize and execute various employee-related events, from corporate communication meeting, staff party, annual merit making, festive celebration.
Create and deliver internal communication approach to enhance employee understanding and alignment with the organization's vision and future objectives.
Ensure organizational initiatives and projects are successfully communicated to employees and stakeholders.
Create and delivered programs and initiatives to support employee wellness for employees' physical and emotional well-being,
Design and implement employee recognition programs aligned with company core values, fostering a culture of Experience and appreciation.
Advocate for and support initiatives that promote a diverse and inclusive workplace.
Develop and execute CSR strategies aligned with the organization's values and goals, with a specific focus on supporting the "Foundation for Youth to be Bright and Strong".
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Psychology, or any related field.
5 years’ experience in HR field, preferably in Experience and Internal communications.
High level of inter-personal skill, open minded, flexibility, stakeholder management and think out of the box.
Good skills in communication and presentation, time management, prioritizing, teamwork, problem solving and decision-making.
Good skills in communication design and proficiency in MS Power Point and Canva are advantages.
