Handle cases raised by employees and stakeholders and advise on recommendation and actions, effectively addressing difficult situation with related parties.
Facilitate and improve HR processes and platform (Workday).
Review and update the company’s policy to reassure the needs of employees while creating knowledge articles in Workday to keep information relevant for employees’ self-service.
Implement HR Communication through multiple channels: HR e-newsletters and hosts a monthly virtual HR talk session in various topics.
Manage employee benefits programs.
Provide the report and dashboard.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in HR advisory or a similar role.
Possess outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
Demonstrate strong analytical and logical thinking.
Attention to detail and able to work multitasking under high pressure environment.
