Strategic HR Partner
Responsibilities:
Project Management: Lead and manage HR projects from initiation to completion, ensuring alignment with CJ Mart’s strategic goals and timelines. Track project milestones, monitor progress, and adjust plans as needed.
Full-Cycle HR Support: Apply a comprehensive understanding of all HR functions—recruitment, onboarding, employee development, performance management, compensation, and offboarding—to design and implement end-to-end HR strategies for key initiatives.
Workforce Planning: Utilize advanced workforce planning strategies to ensure CJ Mart has the right talent in place to meet business goals. Analyze headcount, skill requirements, and workforce trends to support staffing and succession planning across assigned projects.
AI-Driven HR Analytics & Insights: Leverage AI tools to conduct in-depth analysis of HR data and workforce metrics, guiding project decisions and providing predictive insights. Regularly report insights to the Head of People and business leaders, offering evidence-based recommendations for improvement.
Business Partnering: Act as a strategic advisor to project stakeholders and business unit leaders, providing HR insights and solutions tailored to each project’s objectives.
Performance Improvement: Work on specific performance management initiatives, developing frameworks for goal setting, feedback, and evaluation to drive improved performance outcomes within project scopes.
Change Management: Support change initiatives, such as organizational restructuring or process improvements, ensuring smooth transitions and effective communication with project stakeholders.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field required.
Experience: 6-8 years of HR experience with full-cycle HR expertise and a strong background in workforce planning, data analysis, and project-based work or HR consulting. Proven track record managing HR projects or working in a project-based environment is highly desirable.
Advanced analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex HR data and workforce trends to guide decision-making.
Expertise in full-cycle HR functions.
Proficient in AI tools for HR analytics and workforce optimization, along with data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, Tableau).
Strong project management skills, with experience leading multiple HR projects simultaneously.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a collaborative approach to working across teams.
Proven problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage both strategic and operational HR tasks within a project framework.
Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
Highly adaptable and able to adjust to changing project demands, timelines, and organizational priorities.
Willingness to travel and ability to relocate temporarily as required for project needs.
