Assist in the planning and implementation of employee engagement strategies, taking on either leading or supporting roles as needed. Tasks include logistical support, promotion, and event execution.
Contribute to the development and implementation of initiatives fostering an inclusive and diverse workplace culture.
Support internal communication efforts by creating engaging content across various channels including emails, intranet, and social media platforms to ensure effective circulation of information and messaging.
Collaborate with HR and other representatives from various departments to organize and execute engagement activities and events, such as team building activities, wellness initiatives, IDE initiatives, and recognition programs.
Participate in training and development opportunities to expand your knowledge of employee engagement principles and best practices.
Actively contribute ideas and suggestions for improving employee engagement and promoting a positive work environment.
Provide administrative support to the team.
Perform other activities and/or projects as assigned.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
0-2 years of experience in a related field.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues at all levels of the organization.
Proactive and eager to learn, with a strong interest in building a career in human resources or organizational development.
Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
Enthusiasm for learning and willingness to take on new challenges and responsibilities.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
