Manage day-to-day office operations, including facilities management, supplies procurement.
Assist in submitting and reconciling expense reports such as petty cash, employee reimbursements, office rental, other company-related expenses.
Assist in logistic arrangement if required from the business team.
Handle other ad hoc projects and assigned duties to support the business team.
Recruitment
End to End recruitment process (Source, Screen, interview and close candidates) for positions within the Thailand office, ensuring alignment with company values and culture.
Provide support in recruitment activities for other APAC markets as needed.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
Setup onboarding sessions and facilitate the integration for new hires into the organization
Manage offboarding for resignees
Ensure all documents are kept and maintained in safe custody
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Proven experience in recruitment, at least 3 to 4 years of HR working experience
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and regions.
Detail-oriented, organized and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency in MS Office including Word and Excel
Immediate availability is highly preferred
