    Senior Executive Human Resources

    Position Details

    Responsibilities:

    Office Administration

    • Manage day-to-day office operations, including facilities management, supplies procurement.
    • Assist in submitting and reconciling expense reports such as petty cash, employee reimbursements, office rental, other company-related expenses.
    • Assist in logistic arrangement if required from the business team.
    • Handle other ad hoc projects and assigned duties to support the business team.


    Recruitment

    • End to End recruitment process (Source, Screen, interview and close candidates) for positions within the Thailand office, ensuring alignment with company values and culture.
    • Provide support in recruitment activities for other APAC markets as needed.
    • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
    • Setup onboarding sessions and facilitate the integration for new hires into the organization
    • Manage offboarding for resignees
    • Ensure all documents are kept and maintained in safe custody


    Requirements:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
    • Proven experience in recruitment, at least 3 to 4 years of HR working experience
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and regions.
    • Detail-oriented, organized and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment
    • Proficiency in MS Office including Word and Excel
    • Immediate availability is highly preferred
