Planning, implementing and monitoring strategic projects in Talent and Succession management.
Identify and assess high-potential employees for future leadership roles.
Facilitate various Talent and Secession management activities such as corporate learning and training sessions, learning classroom etc.
Organize and support learning needs analysis exercises by administering surveys, organizing focus groups, or brainstorming sessions.
Champions the individual development Plan (IDP) of focused managers, supervisors and emerging leaders.
Prepare various presentations, handouts, working tools or other materials related to Talent Management as required.
Assisting the Head of Talent and Succession Management Section in day-to-day management.
JOB SPECIFICATION
5 years of experience in Talent management or Succession management functions.
Strong problem solving skills
Demonstrated orientation to understanding the business and business strategy, and the ability to apply talent management process and tools to support strategic business objectives.
Excellent communication up, down, and across the function.
Good command of English skills.
