Collaborate with business leaders and People Business Partners to formulate and execute appropriate talent development strategies
Focus on provision of talent management tools (data-driven insights, guidelines and templates) that enable Business Leaders and people managers to manage their talents effectively
2. Talent Career Development
Support employees in creating Individual Career Development Plans (ICDP) to align personal goals with company objectives.
Provide guidance and resources for career growth, including coaching, mentoring, and training opportunities.
Track and assess the progress of ICDPs and offer ongoing support and adjustments as needed.
3. Talent Engagement
Take lead on engagement with a segment of talents, monitoring engagement level and proactively design engagement activities together with relevant People Business Partner and Business Leaders
Qualifications:
Strong communication and collaboration skills including ability to communicate in English and Thai
Ability to manage cross-functional stakeholders well
Project management skills (managing deliverables against budget and timeline)
Bachelor's or Master’s degree in any Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration or related field
Ability to come up with new solutions, willingness to learn from doing, and ability to analyze and draw insights from data are a strong plus
