Develop the frameworks and manage the end-to-end policy and process of organization-wide career management, talent management, and succession planning.
Lead the design and implementation of the end-to-end policy and process of the young talent program in collaboration with other functions in the human resources group.
Work collaboratively with learning & growth and people solutions teams to derive total solutions for managing and developing the talent/successor(s).
Work closely with each CXO to address the specific needs in talent development and management.
Plan and drive the internal mobility of the talents to fill the critical positions.
Perform talent’s database analysis to develop bottom-up insights that feed into the strategic planning of the human resources group
Qualification
Bachelor’s degree in any fields
Minimum 10 years of working experience with at least 5 years in Human Resources related areas. Experienced in team management.
