Position Details
Job Descriptions:
Define strategies and implement employee competency development in line with company strategy and employee career growth.
Design Learning Course and development plans for departments in responsibilities area to Reskill and Upskill for our employee
Manage and develop high potential employees and talent successors.
Organize training and learning (roll-out) activities for employees and create a good learning experience for employees.
Learning design, components, and content of the curriculum (Academy), including the process of developing the potential of the company's employees. in terms of basic skills (Common skill), specific skills (Functional skill) and leadership skills (Leadership skill).
Develop guidelines and tools for develop employee potential in all channels, such as develop solutions and scalable roll-out plans, as well as regularly evaluate learning management to innovate initiatives to Improve performance
Management of communications content and public relations.
Qualifications and Requirements:
Master’s Degree or a Bachelor’s Degree in HR Management, MBA or related area
Good management and presentation skill
Good communication skill both of Thai and English and problem-solving skills.
Computer literacy and English language proficiency.
