Human Resources Supervisor
Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for payroll procedure of head office and Factory employees;
- Plan and execute the recruitment and selection process for personnel. Make strategy to get a suitable candidate by coordinating with head department to conduct an interview, etc.;
- Prepare and manage documents related to hiring and human resources services;
- Draft and maintain HR employee records—personnel files, control methods, salary increase plans—and make sure the filling system is efficient and up-to-date;
- Manage compensation & benefits as well as attendance of employee;
- Coordinating externally such as Social security (SSO) matters., Thai Labor Law,The Revenue Department, etc.;
- Maintain control over company assets and documents;
- Other tasks as assigned by the Management.
Experience Needed:
- Bachelor's degree or Master’s Degree in Human Resource and Organization Management or related field;
- At least 3 years of experience in Human Resource function especially payroll;
- Good command in written and verbal in English (Conversation High up);
- Good people skills and must be able to interface with all levels within the company structure;
- Familiarity with labor laws regarding human resource management;
- Supervisory experience and strong organizational skills are considered a plus;
- Flexibility and ability to coordinate multiple tasks;
