Key Responsibilities:
- Administrative Support:
- Maintain and update employee records in the HR database, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Prepare and manage HR documents, such as employment contracts, onboarding guides, and policies.
- Process employee requests and provide information on HR policies, procedures, and benefits.
Employee Relations:
- Serve as a point of contact for employees’ HR-related inquiries, addressing concerns and resolving issues promptly.
- Assist in resolving administrative problems and employee conflicts, promoting a positive work environment.
- Support HR programs and initiatives aimed at enhancing employee engagement and satisfaction.
Training and Development:
- Schedule and coordinate training sessions, workshops, and seminars to support employee development.
- Maintain records of employee participation in training and development programs, ensuring compliance with training requirements.
Compliance and Record Keeping:
- Ensure compliance with local labour laws and regulations, as well as company policies and procedures.
- Assist in the preparation of HR reports, metrics, and audits.
- Stay updated with the latest HR trends, best practices, and regulatory changes.
General HR Duties:
- Support HR projects such as performance evaluations, salary reviews, and health and wellness initiatives.
- Organize and manage the HR department’s calendar, scheduling appointments and meetings as needed.
- Assist in planning and executing HR events, activities, and employee engagement initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an HR Administrator or in a similar HR role, preferably within the logistics or freight forwarding industry.
- Familiarity with Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) and recruitment platforms.
- Basic knowledge of Thai labour laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Preferred Qualifications:
- HR certification (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP) is a plus.
- Experience in a multinational company or within the logistics and freight forwarding industry.
