Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist - CHINESE/THAI SPEAKING
Job Description:
1. Responsible for releasing recruitment information, collecting and screening resumes and arranging interviews, and using various effective recruitment channels to meet the recruitment needs of the department;
2. Maintain and expand recruitment channels, carry out effective recruitment, and establish corresponding talent pools according to the actual situation of each position;
3. Assist in solving problems in recruitment and optimizing the recruitment process;
4. Assist in strengthening employee communication and management, and smooth the two-way communication channels between the company and employees;
5. Other human resources support work.
Job Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree or above;
2. Have more than 1 year of recruitment work experience, familiar with the recruitment process, experience in using the recruitment system is preferred;
3. Fluent in Thai listening, speaking, reading and writing, able to speak as a working language; Familiar with the talent market in Thailand;
4. Proficient in the use of office software, with basic network knowledge, with strong communication skills;
5. Cheerful personality, positive and upright, strong learning ability, self-motivated, able to work under pressure.
