Talent Acquisition Specialist
An exciting aspect of this role will mean you are involved in a number of new business projects. This will see you taking the lead in ensuring our new sites have the correct people to ensure we achieve our clients’ ambitions. Your exposure to volume recruitment will bring new ideas and methods of working to ensure our projects are successfully delivered.
Being Proactive Approach
You’ll be the lead in performing searches for passive talent through sourcing, cold calling, personal networking, and social media. Your multi-faceted research will lead to the successful development of candidate market intelligence reports and talent mapping. You will actively support the wider TA team in collating and analysing key metrics and maximizing the effectiveness of the recruiting process.

Collaboration
You’ll work closely with the wider Talent Acquisition team to ensure successful delivery of talent. In addition, you will communicate regularly with business line leaders to clearly understand requirements and expectations of the diverse positions. Managing the full process
Are you an experienced recruiter? You’ll need to be. In this role, you will be fully involved in the end-to-end recruitment process managing requisitions from creation through to on-boarding. Taking control of the entire process will mean your responsibilities will include administration and documentation related to the hire process as well as HR system monitoring and management.

Experienced
Not a job for the feint hearted, you will need at least 4 years’ experience within talent acquisition, recruitment or executive search. You’ll understand the methodology and stages of the Talent Acquisition process especially and be comfortable working on mandates at various levels.
Task Oriented
Have you worked in a task driven role? You will need to have this type of experience to succeed in this role. Your work in a high volume, high turnover environment will have perfected your time management and organisation skills.
A problem solver
You’ll need a strategic mind-set, outstanding problem solving ability and a creative flair to produce the most detailed and highest quality research and mapping results. As an Ambassador of JLL we expect the utmost professionalism at all times, including integrity & ethics.
