Primary Purpose of the Role:
The Sr. HRBP will partner with Sales and Admin Group business managers to build a performance-driven organization culture, continuously improve organizational effectiveness & efficiency and optimize productivity.
Job Responsibilities:
- You implement, manage, maintain and monitor overall human resources functions and process such as recruitment, remuneration, welfare & benefits, performance management, talent management & development/succession plan, employee engagement, and personnel policies.
- You will liaise with other functional / departmental head to understand all required HR strategies, actions and to ensure they are fully informed of HR objectives, purpose and achievement to be accordance with company objective & target.
- You will manage all learning activities including other general trainings, production training excluded.
- You will be responsible for HR management & utilization.
- You will be responsible for analyzing learning needs analysis, recommending learning resources, monitoring learning effectiveness.
- You will be responsible for driving utilization of existing Goodyear learning resources & on-time completion for all the mandatory trainings.
Job Requirements:
- You have at least 12 years working experience in Human Resource function, with 3 years experiences in HRBP
- You have experience on full spectrum of HR & Administration functions, recruitment, compensation and benefit, performance & talent management, succession planning, payroll & salary review
- You have solid experience in working with sales & marketing function
- You have unionized management experience
- You have experience with HRBP/COE/HRSSC model
