1.Job Posting and Sourcing:
- To create and post job openings on various job boards, and leverage on the job platforms from the applicant tracking systems effectively.
- To actively search for potential candidates through databases, professional networks, and referrals.
2. Candidate Screening:
- To review resumes and applications to assess candidates' qualifications and suitability for the position.
- To ensure all resumes are submitted through the applicant tracking system.
- To conduct initial screenings to gather basic information about candidates and determine candidate's suitability for the role.
3. Interview Coordination:
- To schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- To ensure that the interview process runs smoothly and that both parties have the necessary information.
4. Candidate Assessment:
- Recruiters may administer skills tests, personality assessments, or other evaluations to gauge candidates' suitability for the role.
- To check references and verify candidates' backgrounds when necessary.
5. Candidate Relationship Management:
- To keep candidates informed about the status of their applications, provide feedback, and guide them through the hiring process. Building and maintaining relationships with candidates is essential.
6. Employer Branding:
- To support the Talent Acquisition and Employer Branding Lead on employer branding initiatives in Thailand's office.
- To organize and attend job fairs and recruitment events
7. Compliance:
- To stay up-to-date with labor laws and regulations to ensure that the hiring process complies with legal requirements, such as equal employment opportunity laws and data privacy regulations.
8. Feedback and Continuous Improvement:
- To gather feedback from hiring managers and candidates to improve the recruitment process continually.
- To suggest process enhancements or changes to attract better candidates.
9. Talent Pipeline Development:
- Proactively build and maintain a talent pipeline of potential candidates for future job openings, reducing the time-to-fill for critical roles.
10. Pre-Onboarding Support:
- Assist in the pre-onboarding process to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
Job Requirements
- Talent Acquisition professional with HR, business, or related field degree or equivalent education/experience
- At least 5 years of experience in headhunting or in-house recruitment.
- Knowledge of sourcing techniques on social media and niche professional websites like LinkedIn.
- Self starter who is eager for regional hiring exposures.
- Ability to work independently
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Good written and verbal communications skills.
- Team spirit.
- Proficiency in English.
- Attention to detail, professionalism, self-motivation, and time management.
- Have knowledge of local labour law, HR policies, GDPR, and recruitment technology/tools (e.g., ATS and LinkedIn Recruiter)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, MS Teams)
