HR Lead

Responsibilities:

Onboarding

• Conduct regular HR induction sessions;
• Support business leaders in the onboarding of new joiners, designing onboarding programs, setting expectations for probation period, and regular check-ins

Performance Management

• Oversee the implementation of performance management cycle, including performance calibrations, goal setting, promotions, compensation adjustments;
• Manage Performance Improvement Plans;
• Facilitate the integration of performance feedback into succession planning

Learning and Development

• Identify business needs and design LnD strategy;
• Source and manage external training providers following company guidelines;
• Administer e-learning activities

Organizational Design

• Ensure accurate and up-to-date Role Descriptions;
• Collaborate with business leaders to develop career paths and understand interdepartmental dependencies;
• Work towards business continuity by identifying successors for key roles

People Management

• Implement and clarify HR policies to ensure understanding across the organization;
• Handle disciplinary issues and grievances, maintaining fair and consistent processes;
• Assist business leaders in effectively managing their teams

Office Management

• Oversee and manage the Office Admin in maintaining a well-organized and efficient office environment

Immigration Support

• Oversee the Immigration Specialist in providing comprehensive support for the relocation, immigration, Work Permit and Visa arrangement, and integration of international employees and their families in Thailand

Requirements

• Education: Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Communications or related field;
• Languages: fluent English;
• Experience: min. 4+ years of experience in a tech environment, focused on L&D and performance management;
• Some knowledge of labor laws;
• Ethical conduct: commitment to ethical HR practices and confidentiality;
• Problem-solving: effective problem-solving and independent decision-making skills;
• Adaptability: flexibility to adapt to changing business needs
