    Human Resources Business Partner

    Position Details

    Responsibilities

    • Research and analyze employee trends to understand ways to increase employee engagement and retention
    • Maintain in-depth knowledge of legal standards and reduce risks related to daily management of employees
    • Assist management in conflict resolution
    • Set standards for ethics, values and culture of company
    • Designing compensation packages and bonus programs that align with the company’s strategic plan.
    • Ensuring salaries and benefits comply with the current legislation about human rights and pay equity.
    • Identifying trends and implement new practices to engage and motivate employees.
    • Conducting research on employee satisfaction (e.g. using surveys and quantitative data).
    • Renewing the compensation plans with monetary and non-monetary benefits based on employee needs.
    • Monitoring and racking of prevailing pay rates and make sure we offer competitive compensation plans and benefits benchmarking data.
    • Reviewing job descriptions, job analyses and classifications.
    • Structuring compensation in ways that will yield the highest value for the organization.
    • Evaluating and reporting on the effectiveness of employee benefit programs.
    • Ad-hoc from Manager.


    Qualifications

    • 5 years experience as a compensation and benefits or similar role
    • Hands-on experience with payroll software (HRIS).
    • Knowledge of building compensation packages and bonus programs for various departments and seniority levels.
    • Excellent understanding of job evaluation and job analysis systems.
    • Familiarity with labor legislation.
    • Experience with employee satisfaction surveys.
    • Good analytical skills.
    • Good communication in both Thai and English.
