People & Culture Officer
Manage monthly payroll and commission processing with accuracy and timeliness
Oversee employee benefit records and internal inventory tracking
Maintain and update employee documentation and systems
Coordinate and track performance reviews across departments
Support recruitment including posting, screening, and scheduling
Assist with general HR operations and cross-functional support
1–3 years of experience in HR, admin, or people operations
Familiarity with HR software (BambooHR is a plus!)
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Able to work independently and take initiative
Positive attitude and good communication in Thai (English is a plus)
Friendly, creative, and fast-paced work environment
