Strategize & collaborate with departmental managers to understand skills and competencies required for job openings
Act as a focal point to perform people interventions, culture, disciplinary matters; disputes and investigations; performance and talent management; productivity, recognition, and morale; occupational health and safety; and training and development
Handle employment-related inquiries from applicants, employees, and supervisors, referring complex and/or sensitive matters to the appropriate staff
Assist employee onboarding to offboarding to improve employee experiences
Organize training to drive development initiatives
Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations; recommend best practices; review policies and practices to maintain compliance
Maintain knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in human resources, talent management, and employment law; apply this knowledge to communicate policy, practice, and resource changes to upper management
Support C-level on people-related projects or strategic initiatives
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business or related field; or prior experience in Human Resources, People Management, Recruitment, etc
Minimum 5 years of human resources experience preferably in a tech company, impact-driven, or fast-paced environment
Thorough knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations
Proficiency with or the ability to quickly learn the organization's HRIS and talent management systems
Proactive in taking new initiatives and continuously improving processes
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Thai and English
Highly organized with the ability to prioritize tasks
Professional and can-do attitude; and capability to handle confidential information
