Work in a team environment to lead and project manager HRIS rollout in Thailand and support a similar rollout for other countries in DHL.
Leading project planning sessions, managing project progress and adapting work as required. Ensuring projects meet deadlines through managing relationships closely with stakeholders.
Be proactively involved in project requirement workshops by providing HR domain best practices, including familiarity with system-to-system integration, leading to intended outcomes for our stakeholders.
Overseeing all project deliverables such as Standard Operation Process (SOP) documentation, User Acceptance Test scripts, Change Management Plans and Training Guides.
The HR Systems Project Manager will communicate with stakeholders and colleagues in a timely, professional manner and will escalate issues to the Project Sponsors as necessary.
Conduct regular assessment of data quality in HR system and identify areas of inconsistencies/accuracies with the intention to correct all such instances.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 4 years’ experience in project management activities and tools as Senior Manager or Manager level
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, preferably in Computer Sciences or related field
Experience and applicable understanding of the HR Lifecycle Processes: - from Hire to Retire
Experience with HRIS such as Oracle Cloud HRMS/SAP/PeopleSoft is essential
Able to lead discussions and analysis on HR data and propose options for maintaining data consistency and identify patterns in data that can be actioned on
Demonstrated communication skills – written and verbal in English
Fluent in English and the Thai language required
Able to work at G Tower Grand Rama 9, Bangkok
