Position Details
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct HR process flow and requirements gathering to support system implementations and integrations.
Administer and maintain the HR software, including system configurations, data entry, and user access management.
Continuously identify opportunities to enhance system functionality, streamline processes, and improve user experience.
Serve as the primary point of contact for HR system-related inquiries and issues, providing timely resolution, troubleshooting assistance, and user training as needed.
Generate standard and ad hoc reports, dashboards, and analytics to support HR decision-making, compliance requirements, and business insights as per requested. Analyze employee data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for process improvement.
Collaborate with HR and IT teams to analyze current HR processes, identify inefficiencies, and implement solutions to optimize workflows and increase operational efficiency.
Maintain comprehensive documentation of system processes, procedures, and configurations, including user manuals, training materials, and system updates.
Coordinate with vendors for system updates, patches, and upgrades, as well as evaluating and recommending new software solutions as needed.
Conduct training sessions for HR staff on HR system functionality, best practices, and data management procedures.
Provide ongoing support and guidance to ensure users are proficient in utilizing HRIS tools and resources effectively.
Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.
Proven experience (> 5 years) in HRIS administration, configuration, and support.
In-depth knowledge of HR software, SAP SuccessFactors, SAP-Payroll is an advantage.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven recommendations.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with diverse stakeholders and collaborate across departments.
Detail-oriented with a focus on process and system design to align with current practice and improvement.
Problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot functional issues and implement effective solutions.
Understanding of HR processes, policies, and compliance requirements.
