DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and implement HR strategies and policies to achieve corporate/business objectives.
- Analyze trends and metrics in partnership with the HR functions to develop solutions, programs, and policies.
- Being a consultant with line management, providing HR guidance and input on complex employee relations issues, in-depth knowledge of legal requirements, business unit restructures and expansion, workforce planning, and succession planning.
- Provide day-to-day performance management guidance to line management (e.g., coaching, counseling, career development, disciplinary actions).
- Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention.
- Identify training needs for business units, and participate in evaluation and monitoring of training programs to ensure success.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Humanities, Political Science, Arts or related fields
- Minimum 10 years of hands-on experience in HR fields resolving complex people issues with working knowledge of multiple human resource disciplines, including HR strategy, workforce planning, talent acquisition, compensation practices, organizational diagnosis, employee and union relations, learning and development diversity, performance management, consequence management, and federal and state respective employment laws
Required Skills/Abilities:

- Ability to comprehend, interpret, and apply the appropriate sections of applicable laws, guidelines, regulations, ordinances, and policies
- Ability to acquire a thorough understanding of the organization’s hierarchy, jobs, qualifications, compensation practices, and the administrative practices related to those factors
- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines and commitment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent stakeholder management at all levels
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related up-to-date software for work optimization
