Role & Responsibility

• Oversee the full-cycle process of recruiting including candidate marketing, sourcing, recruiting, interviewing, and offering.
• Manage the recruitment process to ensure a consistent and positive experience for all parties.
• Uses marketing strategies to improve the brand awareness of S.Khonkaen Food to attract quality candidates and stand out on the market as an employer of choice.
• Monitor labor market dynamics and share information with the team and managers building on solutions for the challenges we are facing.
• Develops and maintains effective partnerships internally with the leadership team within the group company.
• Be a single point of contact for managers/employees in all HR-related topics

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Human Resources Management or similar field
• 3 -5 Year of experience in a Talent Acquisition or similar role
• Experience in full-cycle recruiting, using various interview techniques and evaluation methods
• Proficiency with social media, CV databases, and professional networks
• Experience in using LinkedIn Talent Solutions to proactively source candidates
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
