Oversee the full-cycle process of recruiting including candidate marketing, sourcing, recruiting, interviewing, and offering.
Manage the recruitment process to ensure a consistent and positive experience for all parties.
Uses marketing strategies to improve the brand awareness of S.Khonkaen Food to attract quality candidates and stand out on the market as an employer of choice.
Monitor labor market dynamics and share information with the team and managers building on solutions for the challenges we are facing.
Develops and maintains effective partnerships internally with the leadership team within the group company.
Be a single point of contact for managers/employees in all HR-related topics
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Human Resources Management or similar field
3 -5 Year of experience in a Talent Acquisition or similar role
Experience in full-cycle recruiting, using various interview techniques and evaluation methods
Proficiency with social media, CV databases, and professional networks
Experience in using LinkedIn Talent Solutions to proactively source candidates
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
