Responsible for end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, offboarding operations
Operate recruitment, and onboard operations with objective of finding the right person to fill vacancies.
Operate the overall process of attracting, shortlisting, selecting, and appointing suitable/potential candidates for placement within the organization.
Make the new associate announcement and inform related parties for smooth onboarding.
Ensure the required access to company network is assigned to new associate.
Input the required information (e.g., personal data, assigned organization) of newcomer into SAP system.
Schedule and organize orientation program for new associate.
Qualifications:
1-3 years of experience in HRM is preferable but new graduates are also welcomed.
Bachelor's degree in HR, Political Science, Business Administration, or related field.
Good command in English both speaking and writing (TOEIC score 650+ is required)
Computer literacy (Microsoft Office especially Excel)
Experience in SAP-HCM and/or SAP Sucess Factors is preferable.
Good business manner and interpersonal skills
Able to work well under pressure and routine job together with adaptable in the dynamic working environment.
