Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the recruitment process by sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and coordinating hiring activities.
• Support onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring a positive experience for new hires and departing employees.
• Manage employee records and ensure data accuracy and confidentiality.
• Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
• Provide support in employee relations, addressing concerns and resolving conflicts.
• Assist in performance management processes, including appraisals and feedback sessions.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, and stay updated on changes in HR practices.
• Support the development and implementation of HR programs and initiatives to enhance employee engagement and retention.
• Assist with payroll processing and benefits administration as needed.
• Prepare HR reports and presentations for management.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in an HR role
• Proficiency in English, both written and verbal, with strong communication skills.
• Strong understanding of HR practices and labor laws.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
