What you’ll be doing

• HR Data Quality review, Data Analysis and Reporting - where applicable, provide data analysis and reporting, working in partnership with the Regional and Country HR Managers
• Implement and develop (new) HR Systems, including post-implementation phase with constant feedback and improvements.
• Constructive cooperation with country HR teams for frequent communication, alignment, project implementation and monthly HR controlling report.
• Support regional HR team in implementing regional HR policies, processes, campaigns and personnel development initiatives.
• Management of a portfolio of short-/ mid-term HR projects and long-term transformation initiatives as part of the Regional HR team
• Plan, coordinate and execute projects across the HR organization including tracking and reporting on risks/ issues. Proactively anticipate/ identify unresolved items, propose solutions and escalate to the leadership team in a timely manner.
• track and report all changes in project parameters, prepare end of project reports, close all project documentation, and archive appropriate records.
• Bring a systemized approach to our team and use project management software solutions to bring transparency and planning.
• Proactively collaborate with other stakeholders across the organization (Country management, Country HRs managers, regional teams, etc.) to connect dots and coordinate initiatives as needed.

What skills & experience you’ll bring to us

• BSc/ MSc in Human Resources or relevant field.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Proven work experience as an HR Specialist/ HR Operations & Technology.
• Experienced in Excel Macros and Business Intelligence tool such as Power BI.
• Hands-on experience with Human Resources Information Systems such as Workday, solid understanding of labor legislation and HR data and reporting.
• Result-oriented and structured work ethos.
• High level of flexibility, motivation, and an engaging personality.
