Responsible for the deliberation and co-establishment of short and medium-term departmental strategies, initiatives and implementation which align with business directions, priorities and goals including ensuring effectiveness of HR program design and delivery.
Support the development, and drive the achievement of the annual strategy taking into account business priorities and the global HR strategy.
Provide consultant to management on human resource-related issues including formulating partnerships across the HR function to deliver value-added service to management and employees that reflects the business objectives and drives the business performance of the organization.
Provide guidance and collaborate with team in developing and executing a lifecycle approach to people management focused on forecasting, staffing, development, on boarding, performance management, retention, succession planning, talent movement, and leveraging workforce insights and analytics.
Qualifications :
Master’s degree or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Human Resource Management, Economics or Political Science or related functions.
Minimum 10 years in, human resource management, human resource development, and organization development, preferably in financial and banking sector.
Analytical and goal-oriented skill and Experience in HR Business Partner is preferred Excellent Communication, Presentation skill are required Excellent people management skills.
