Update current and design new recruiting procedures (e.g. job application and onboarding processes).
Implement new sourcing methods suitable for potential talents (e.g., social recruiting, recruiting agency, job board, etc.).
Review recruitment software and suggest the best option for company needs.
Ensure job descriptions are up to date and compliant with all local, state and federal regulations.
Coordinate with hiring managers to forecast future hiring needs.
Welcome newly hired employees and execute the engagement plan throughout the onboarding journey, managing the end-to-end onboarding process, ensuring a great experience for new employees and a smooth start into their roles.
Conduct probationary review by setting clear evaluation criteria, collecting performance data, and encouraging self-assessments for a comprehensive probation period review.
HR Ops Support
Provide assistance and advice to employees concerning HR policies, procedural matters, and employee relations challenges.
Keep HR records and files up to date, ensuring the accuracy and confidentiality of all data.
Create and deliver training and communication programs related to HR matters for employees.
Collaborate with the HR Team and various departments to back company initiatives and projects.
Assist the HR Team in formulating and executing HR strategies and programs.
Requirements
Hold a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a closely related field.
Possess at least 5 years of experience in a generalist HR or HR management role with a focus in recruitment.
Demonstrate a deep understanding of HR laws and regulations.
Exhibit strong communication and interpersonal skills in both Thai and English.

Proven track record of maintaining confidentiality and handling sensitive information discreetly.
Display effective HR administration and people management skills.
