Job Description
Act as a business partner for providing advice, support, services and assistance in human resource management to business units, executives and employees at all levels, implement people workstream practices like talent acquisition and performance management, advocate KBTG values and culture, expand product services across various business units, and supervise junior staffs.

- Collaborate with business leaders to understand their objectives and provide HR solutions that support business goals
- Implement people workstream practices eg, talent acquisition, onboarding, performance management, and employee development across KBTG business units
- Handle employee relations issues, mediate conflicts, and ensure a positive work environment
- Assist in managing organizational change and transformation initiatives and act as change agent for HR related activities
- Contribute to the creation and revision of HR policies and procedures, coordinate and lead policies into practice to achieve business goals
- Advocate and champion KBTG values, culture, and HR service delivery across all KBTG business units
- Find opportunities to expand product services and product experiences to different KBTG business units
Job Qualification Skill Require:
- Understanding of HR principles, labor laws, and best practices.
- Knowledge of technology industry and company’s business.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and collaboration skills to develop effective partnerships with stakeholders.
- Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
- Ability to adapt to a dynamic business environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Ability to think strategically and align HR initiatives with business goals.
Qualification::
- Minimum 3years related work experience in human resources management, organization development, engagement or organization development
- Minimum 2 year experience in People Business partner role in corporate
