Lead and Execute change agenda align with business direction
Lead and control efficiency and effectiveness of HR process to ensure deliver service quality to employee.
Lead and Execute employee engagement/OHS programs.
Regularly monitor HR AOP, Direct Labor cost, Capex, MOH, and ERC.
Execute compliance with Plant HR GCS core process implement. Responsible for the effective execution of assigned key controls. He should understand the relationship of control objectives, risks and controls. Test the effectiveness of key controls, maintain documentation of testing, communicate results to PO and GCS Coordinator and develop and execute the remediation plan. Ensure that GCS documentations are updated when there are changes in the controls/process.
Support Management System compliance with Standard: ISO OHSAS AIB RECON MESS, compliance with Global direction.

Qualifications
Bachelor degree- Human Resources Management , Psychology Political Science, Public Administration, Business Management and related fields
Master degree in MBA, HRM, HROD, Industrial Management or related fields
Experience
Minimum 7 years experiences in Human Resources Management
Good computer literature in Microsoft office.
Fluently in English communication (writing, reading and speaking)
Had experiences in Food industry, FMCG is preferable.
Trained /Certified : Six Sigma, Total Quality Management, Facilitation skill
Experiences in SAP execution.
