    Assistant to the Head of HR Region APAC

    Position Details

    Your tasks

    • Assisting the full spectrum of operational HR activities in the region Asia Pacific
    • Independently managing administrative tasks for the manager: Scheduling and synchronizing meetings, booking business trips, managing expense claims, coordinating signature workflows, taking minutes of meetings etc
    • Preparing presentations for different regional/global meetings for the manager
    • Processing SAP data and preparing regular reportings for the manager (monthly staff reporting, KPI’s)
    • Handling communication for the manager towards internal and external stakeholders, especially the regional HR team
    • Regularly updating KRONES internal communication channels (f.e Intranet) with posted vacancies, new joiner announcements and other HR specific communication
    • Handling, following up on and tracking the regional personnel request process
    • Organizing regional workshops/trainings and other HR related events (Leadership training, HR Conference)
    • Conducting SAP trainings for new HR hires & regular fresh-ups for existing HR functions in the region
    • Participating the KRONES Thailand onboarding event with a presentation for international new hires
    • Supporting the Regional Head of HR APAC in annual compensation and benefits processes
    • Cooperating with FICO department and local HR for Forecast- and Budget planning process
    • Assuming responsibility for own HR projects as delegated by the manager (Employee engagement)
    • Implementing HR standards for simple processes, monitoring their implementation and continuously improving such on a regional level (LEAN management)


    Your profile

    • Bachelor’s degree in HRM, BA or any related field
    • First professional experience in HR
    • Ability to work in international teams
    • Very strong Business English skills
    • Organized & structured working style
    • Very strong communication skills
    • Curious personality & hands-on mentality
    • Absolutely trustworthy personality
    • Familiar with SAP / TEAMS / Outlook / MS Office
