Partner with the leadership to develop and implement HR initiatives to drive a positive employee experience during the employee lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding.
Provide HR expertise in the areas of employee relations, development and coaching, compensation and organizational development.
Drive effective talent retention strategies to attract, develop, and retain top talent within the competitive international market.
Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture by spearheading programs that enhance employee satisfaction, well-being, and performance.
Maintain close relationships and connections with US based HR Centers of Excellence (ie: compensation, benefits, HRIS, Legal, Talent Acquisition, etc.)
Lead initiatives related to support change management and workforce planning to support the evolving structure and growth trajectory of the company.
Ensure HR policies and practices comply with relevant local laws and regulations, proactively mitigating risks associated with human resources matters.
Support the implementation of talent development programs to cultivate and nurture leadership talent, ensuring a robust pipeline of leaders for sustainable business growth.
Utilize HR technology and analytics to drive data-driven decision-making and optimize HR processes for enhanced efficiency and effectiveness.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
Strong command of written and spoken English and Thai is required
Proven experience developing innovative solutions and driving them through to implementation.
Progressive HR experience with key experience in developing people strategies.
5+ years of human resources experience, with a minimum of 3 years in a generalist capacity advising and influencing business leaders (preferably with a US based/global company)
Ability to influence peers and leaders across the company to drive the right outcomes, strong and proven influencing skills.
Set a high bar for themselves and deliver on commitments as an action orientated partner to the business.
Demonstrated ability to think and act strategically while optimizing results for HR and the Business.
