To plan, formulate strategies and guidelines for Human Resource Management operation, supervise, monitor and provide advice to internal departments and business units in terms of people management, HR Policies communication, Organizational Development, Talent management, and Succession Planning, Recruitments and Manpower Planning, also Employer branding, Employee Value Proposition, and Corporate Culture.
Job Description:
- Set strategic direction, policies, and guidelines in Human Resources Management (under responsibility) in accordance with the policies and goals, vision, the mission of the organization
- Supervise the HR operation work to align with the functional goals, business directions as well as in line with the standards and compliances
- Set policies and guidelines, supervise and monitor Organizational Development, Organizational Structure, Manpower Planning to increase efficiency and align activities with business objectives
- Determine policies and guidelines for Leadership Development. Provide assessment tools and assessment of leadership skills for identifying Development Roadmap. Prepare future leaders to support corporate strategy both short-term and long-term
- Determine policies and guidelines for Employee Engagement, Employer Branding, creating Employee Value Proposition and corporate culture in order to maintain, attract and create sustainable corporate engagement
- Supervise and set guidelines for Performance Management System and link to the compensation and benefits
- Determine policies and guidelines for making People analytics enable better decision-making by giving insights and evidence on key aspects of an organization’s workforce and its HR policies
- Establish guidelines and implement communication of human resources policies and procedures to create understanding and to support all functions included providing advice and follow-up on the implementation of HR policies and plans for business units.
- Set policies and guidelines for the implementation and management of HR Innovation projects and other HR projects, including designing solutions to problems and developing various tasks to be able to support the needs and solve problems for functions and BUs effectively
- Provide advice and propose guidelines for potential development, solve problems for executives and various functions in various fields related to human resource management and development to support the efficient operation of each business unit
- Other special assignments
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in HRM or any related fields
- A minimum of 15 years of HR experience, with at least 5 years in Management Level
- Having a basic understanding of modern HR concepts, tools, and implementation such as career development, performance management, and People Analytics
- Has direct experience in HR emphasized in organization development, Talent Management & Succession Planning, HRBP, Employer Branding, and Corporate Culture
- Knowledge of Thai Labor Law and industrial regulations.
