Responsibilities
JP Expatriate Support Function
a) Welfare support function (Medical, Language, Apartment, Temporary return)
i) Check, verify Japanese’s regulation and approve
ii) Budget planning
b) Inbound & Outbound support process
i) Confirm application and announcement, prepare working & business support item ( Bank registration, business card, etc. )
ii) Relocation Allowance payment calculation
Global Assignment Program (Oversea Training Program) support Function
a) Coordinate with Department & Japan office for manpower planning
b) Oversea Training dispatch process support ( prepare necessary document such as COE and prepare Oversea training program application, manage health check, shipping, Business trip process )
c) Prepare Orientation program and explain rule & regulation to associates
d) GAP salary & annual tax support process
e) Support information during associate’s assignment period and coordinate for returning process with Department and Japan office
