Handle Employee Relations cases: Investigate complaints and disputes, provide policy-aligned resolution recommendations, and partner with managers to implement corrective actions while serving as the primary point of contact for workplace concerns.
Resolve Conflicts: Mediate workplace disputes and proactively address potential issues to maintain a positive work environment.
Advise performance cases: Partner with managers to address concerns, develop action plans, and guide disciplinary procedures to ensure the compliance with regulations and laws.
Ensure HR Policy Compliance: Interpret policies, procedures, and guidelines, ensure regulatory adherence, and recommend improvements based on employee relations trends.
Develop and Facilitate Training: Assist to create and deliver training programs on labor laws, disciplinary actions, and code of conduct while educating management on best practices for issue resolution.
Manage Documentation: Oversee comprehensive documentation including summaries of investigation results, penalty letters, and meeting reports for labor litigation, and coordinate with government agencies.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Law and/or human resources with a strong understanding of labor laws and regulations.
5+ years of working experience and direct experience in Human Resources, focusing on employee relations and workplace investigations is preferable.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, excellent conflict resolution and communication skills, ability to build trust and credibility, manage sensitive matters with confidentiality and professionalism, and handle multiple priorities while adapting to changing business needs.
