Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition Strategy
- Develop and execute comprehensive recruitment strategies aligned with organizational goals and workforce planning.
- Identify and implement innovative sourcing methods to attract high-quality candidates, including leveraging social media, job boards, and professional networks.
Recruitment Process Management
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and align recruitment efforts with departmental needs.
- Ensure all recruitment activities comply with company policies and legal requirements.
Employer Branding
- Enhance the company’s employer brand to attract top talent by promoting the organization's values, culture, and benefits.
- Represent the company at job fairs, career events, and other networking opportunities.
Candidate Experience
- Ensure a seamless and professional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Provide timely and constructive feedback to candidates and maintain strong relationships with potential hires.
Team Leadership and Development
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of recruitment professionals (if applicable).
- Train hiring managers on effective interviewing and selection techniques.
Data and Metrics
- Track, analyze, and report recruitment metrics to measure the effectiveness of talent acquisition strategies.
- Use data insights to identify trends and continuously improve recruitment practices.
Stakeholder Collaboration
- Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including HR teams and department leaders, to ensure alignment of talent strategies.
- Partner with external agencies and vendors as necessary to support recruitment efforts.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Experience: Minimum of 10-15 years of experience in talent acquisition, with at least 5-7 years in a managerial role.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment techniques, sourcing tools, and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under tight deadlines.
- Familiarity with employment laws and regulations.
- Data-driven mindset with experience analyzing recruitment metrics.
