The main responsibilities include:

• Conducts employment induction process including orientation, documentations, probation evaluations, and government reporting
• Maintains and monitor HRIS and employee data base with coordination with IT and Finance/Controller
• Manage and controls company assets provided to employees including laptops, mobile phones, employee cards, etc.
• Operates monthly payroll for both local and expat employees
• Addresses and HR-related issues and questions from all employees in RSC.
• Management employees benefit programs such as staff claims, health insurance, provident fund etc.
• Support employee engagement initiatives e.g. Funference, Townhall, and staff communication, etc.
• Support employee relation issues including grievances, disputes, and litigations.
• Manage RSC internal communication.
• Conducts end-to-end employment termination process

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in HR, including experience in a business partner or strategic HR role.
• Understanding of HR practices, Thailand employment laws and regulations.
• Familiarity with HR metrics and analytics to drive business decisions.
• Experience with change management and employee relations.
• Strong strategic thinking and business acumen.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills both in Thai and English.
• Proficiency in HRIS (e.g. Oracle), MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and data analysis.
• Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
• High level of confidentiality and integrity.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
