Lead organizational change initiatives, ensuring smooth transitions and employee buy-in.
Analyze the effectiveness of our HR procedures and tools, implementing improvements to enhance efficiency and employee experience.
Manage the development and implementation of policies, procedures, and programs to support human resources operations and maximize efficiency and effectiveness.
Oversee the company's performance management program, including providing guidance and support to managers on performance reviews and disciplinary action.
Lead the company’s recruitment and talent acquisition initiatives to ensure access to top talent.
Develop and implement compensation and benefits programs to attract and retain top talent.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
10+ years of experience in human resources management, including at least 5 years in a leadership role
Comprehensive knowledge of relevant human resources laws, regulations, and best practices
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills
Able to think strategically and collaborate effectively with senior leadership and stakeholders
The ability to engage with personnel at all levels of employment.
