Key Responsibilities:
- Perform On Job Training (OJT) in all systems of HR, that include: Talent Acquisition, Compensation and Benefits, Training and Development, Performance Management, Manpower budgeting and Labor Relation with SCGP's HR Country management team.
- Ensure in overall HR implementation plans and activities of SCGP's companies in Vietnam to comply with local Laws and Regulations.
- Ensure HR policies of all subsidiaries in Vietnam are aligned with SCGP.
- Be the center of information between HR of SCGP's companies in Vietnam and SCGP.
The career path of this position shall be guarantee as below:
- Phase1 (Fixed term contract for a year): you will be trained about SCGP's HR systems and related knowledges at headquarter of SCGP in Bangkok, Thailand.
- Phase 2 (after phase 1 finish): you will be evaluated and allocate to support SCGP's subsidiaries in Vietnam.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of working experience in any field of HR and have a willing to learn mindset.
- Professional working proficiency in English and Vietnamese. Thai language is a big advantage.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Knowledge of HR practices and related laws and regulations.
- Be adaptable to a matrix organization with strong networking skills to develop and maintain valuable relationships among SCGP's companies, SCG and outside organization.
