Position Details

General Responsibilities


Talent Acquisition:


  • Develop and implement a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy aligned with the company's business objectives and Group
  • Lead and manage the recruitment team, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure high performance
  • Build TA core functional competencies and capabilities development
  • Develop and execute recruitment plans to attract the best and brightest talents for business units/corporate functions
  • Develop and execute strategy for direct sourcing, employee referrals and internal mobility
  • Understand business complexities and implement sourcing strategies for niche roles including ascertaining the need for partnering executive search firms
  • Establish yourself as the expert and trusted talent acquisition partners with hiring managers and HR Business Partners
  • Accountable for TA metrics e.g. lead time to fill, bad hire rate
  • Analyze and prepare country hiring data and reports and share insights with senior management and HR leadership team
  • Promote a culture of learning and sharing within the TA community globally, this includes implementing and monitoring the progress of TA strategies to drive recruitment operational excellence and Employer Branding
  • Stay current with TA market trends and best practices, and contribute ideas to drive efficiency and continuous improvement
  • Maintain an up-to-date master list of preferred supplier list of external recruitment agencies/consultants that is comprehensive in supporting different business units and functional needs
  • Build and maintain candidate pipeline for Mission Critical Roles as well as mass recruitment positions
  • Develop Recruitment Excellence skills for people managers through capability building workshops


Employer Branding:


  • Develop and execute an employer branding strategy to position the company as an employer of choice
  • Create and manage content for various channels, including social media, career sites, and employer review platforms, with alignment to Group strategies
  • Collaborate with marketing and communications teams to ensure consistent messaging and branding
  • Plan and execute employer branding events, such as job fairs, campus recruitment drives, and networking events
  • Foster relationships with universities, industry associations, and other relevant organizations to enhance the company’s employer brand
  • Participate in relevant certifications (e.g. Great Place To Work) and HR awards to boost the employer brand


Functional Skills And Knowledge

  • Experience working in large scale and complex multinational environment
  • Savvy in using sourcing tools, social media recruitment, competency-based behavioral interviews, offer management and candidate care
  • Experience closing candidates for senior mandates and negotiating complex compensation packages
  • Experience with Employer Branding and execution of Talent Acquisition operational excellence is an added bonus
  • Experience using SuccessFactors or related ATS systems is a must
  • Experience and knowledge in project management and change management is a strong bonus
  • Experience recruiting for Pharmaceutical and Fast-Moving Consumer Goods is preferred though not a must
  • Minimum eight years in a similar role handling mid to senior recruitment, ideally three years in an in-house capacity
  • Minimum four years’ experience in a managerial capacity


Education

  • Degree in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology or a related discipline
