Talent Development Officer/ Senior Officer
Key Responsibilities.
1. Conduct potential assessments to identify gaps in skills, knowledge, and competencies across the organization.
2. Assist in the design and implementation of learning and development programs aligned with the organization’s goals.
3. Coordinate the delivery of training sessions, workshops, and seminars for employees at all levels.
4. Support the development of e-learning modules and other digital learning
5. Plan and drive the internal mobility of the talents to fill the critical positions
6. Tracking IDP and the development plan for talents.
7. Work closely with HRBP and HR Function to develop and Implement a talent retention strategy
8. Perform talent database analysis to develop bottom-up insights that feed into the strategic planning.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree or Master's Degree in Human Resource Management or related fields.
•Minimum 1-2 years of working experience in HRD-related areas such as organization development & learning development etc.
•Experience in designing and delivering training programs is preferred.
•Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
•Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and learning management systems (LMS).
•Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
