Main Responsibilities:

• Manage deployment of all HR operation process and execution.
• Manage end to end payroll process for 3 entities.
• Play a central role of benefit management for entire company.
• Supervise a day to day of People Operation team onsite and on-field.
• Manage stakeholders to achieve team’s goal.
• Support People Lead to execute special project.

Qualifications:

• Degree in Human Resources Management or related discipline
• Minimum 8 years of experience in HR Service/Operation
• Experience with HR reporting and analytics
• Master in data tools is must
