What you’ll be doing
Project Coordination
- Plan, organize, and coordinate HR projects and initiatives from conception to completion.
- Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets, ensuring all deliverables are met.
- Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
Stakeholder Collaboration
- Work closely with HR team members to identify project requirements and objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and departments to ensure project alignment with organizational goals.
- Communicate with external partners and vendors, when necessary, to facilitate project execution.
Documentation and Reporting
- Maintain accurate project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and meeting minutes.
- Prepare and present project progress reports to HR leadership and relevant stakeholders.
Compliance and Policy Implementation
- Ensure that HR projects comply with relevant laws and regulations.
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
Resource and Project Quality Management
- Identify and address resource constraints or bottlenecks.
- Assist in managing change associated with HR projects, including communication plans and training requirements.
- Ensure the quality and accuracy of HR project deliverables.
- Monitor project outcomes to assess their impact on HR processes and practices.
- Identify potential project risks and develop solutions.
- Address issues and obstacles that may impact project progress.
Employer Branding & Employee Engagement Programs/Projects
- Work closely with Global HR/Regional HR/Country HR/Sustainability department for the implementation of Employee Experience/Wellness/D&I initiatives.
- Ensure communication is sufficient, correct, and always up to date with all internal stakeholders for these topics while maintaining open channels for any supporting ideas.
What skills & experience you’ll bring to us
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in project coordination, preferably in HR or related fields.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and project management tools.
- Knowledge of HR laws, policies, and procedures is an advantage.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
