Deploy Organization/HR strategy and design a variety of initiatives, projects and programs
Develop solutions, plan, and drive change for successful implementation with related business units
Work closely with management to gain direction for project development
Conduct related research through various methods to identify problems, analyze and develop HR-related solutions to formulate recommendations and action plans
Manage initiatives as a project manager
Requirements
Bachelor’s or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business, Economics or a related field
Minimum of 5 years experience in Human Resources, Organization Development, Transformation, or/and Consulting Advisory
Intensive experience in HR solution development or/and change management
Project management experience and time management skills
Strong communication and presentation skills
Enjoy working in an agile and collaborative environment
Able to work independently with related parties
Able to commute overseas
