    Position Details

    Responsibilities:


    • Ensure the successful end-to-end delivery of projects and programs for HR.
    • Ensure necessary dedicated support to each of the delivery teams.
    • Raise the overall performance of HR PMO
    • Work with senior-level executives and project managers across the enterprise to keep abreast of and monitor projects, operational decisions, scheduling requirements, and/or contractual clarifications, to identify opportunities to ensure successful and timely implementation/execution.
    • Ensure feedback is solicited, researched, prioritized, and actioned with clear and transparent communications.
    • Support the ongoing development and implementation of best practices within the PMO to achieve business goals and support the smooth running of projects undertaken by the team.
    • Develop and implement processes to monitor, set appropriate milestones, and track overall project performance.
    • Identify and present specific solutions to current project delivery challenges and the implementation plan to remedy existing challenges with detailed expected outcomes.
    • Responsible for change management planning and execution as required.
    • Collaborate with other departments to execute timelines to meet strategic goals.


    Requirements:


    • Bachelor or higher degree in HR, Business Administration, or related.
    • Excellent verbal / written communication and relationship-building skills
    • Highly organized, exceptional time management and task prioritization abilities
    • Knowledge of HR, preferably in a Strategic or Project-based role.
    • Ability to handle adversity and navigate ambiguous environments.
    • Proven success in collaborating cross-functionally and managing relationships in fast-paced environments.
