Human Resources Manager
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic HR Leadership: Develop and execute HR strategies and initiatives that align with the overall business objectives and enhance organizational effectiveness.
- Talent Acquisition: Oversee the recruitment process, including job postings, interviewing, and onboarding, to attract and retain top talent.
- Employee Relations: Foster a positive work environment by addressing employee concerns, resolving conflicts, and promoting employee engagement and satisfaction.
- Performance Management: Implement performance management systems, including regular reviews, feedback mechanisms, and professional development programs.
- Compliance: Ensure adherence to local labor laws, regulations, and company policies, and manage HR audits and reporting.
- Compensation and Benefits: Administer competitive compensation and benefits programs, including salary reviews, health benefits, and other employee perks.
- Training and Development: Identify training needs and facilitate development programs to enhance employee skills and career growth.
- HR Metrics and Reporting: Utilize HR metrics to analyze trends, assess the effectiveness of HR programs, and make data-driven decisions.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master’s degree or HR certification is a plus.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management, preferably in a tech or startup environment.
- Skills: Strong knowledge of Thai labor laws and regulations, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and proficiency in HR software and systems.
- Attributes: Proactive, strategic thinker with a passion for creating a positive workplace culture and a demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
