Design, develop, and govern effective learning platforms, digital learning, learning tools, and media to fit with learning needs and learning trend
Continuous Improve existing learning platform (StartDi, STAR-Competency & Career) to support people development
Develop and govern learning assurance systems e.g., SLA, T&P procedures, Benchmarking, Learning Engagement, Stakeholder management and satisfaction, learning and improvement, audit & compliance, and proactively response
Conduct communication to promote learning motivation, share sources of learning information, alter learning attitudes and assist in controlling the learning process.
Monitor and analyze learning performance: Learning platform effectiveness, resources optimization, and gap to improve.
Qualifications:
Degree in Human Resources/ Sciences/ Business Administration/Education/Liberal Arts or related fields
More than 3 years in Human Resource Development or People Development
Skills in Customer Service Excellence, Excellence Transactional Management, Vendor/Stakeholder Management, Continuous Improvement and Account Management
