Design and deliver Talent Development Program, align with ThaiBev Group Vision.
Design and develop learning content for organizational future capability development.
Take full responsibility to manage and deliver the program and ensure program effectiveness and quality.
Closely monitor the career advancement of talents.
Support and work in a team to produce a program that receives satisfactory levels from all relevant parties in the organization, such as executives, line managers, and talents.
Build strong relationships and deal with external institutes and vendors to deliver the program as planned.
Initiate and implement new learning interventions other than classroom learning, i.e., online learning and action-learning projects.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s or Master's degree in OD, Human Resource Management, Political Sciences, Organizational Psychology, or related fields.
5–6 years of experience in Talent Development/Management, HRD, or HROD in FMCG or related fields.
